I have purchased an allotment in Stage 1 at North Angels beach – what do I do now?

Congratulations on the purchase of your new allotment! Angels Beach, East Ballina is a fabulous estate, arguably the best presented urban development in Ballina Shire. You have now joined an elite club with Angels Beach Estate, soon to become your new home.

Erecting a brand new home can be sometimes a little daunting. This page seeks to assist new home developers with information relevant to designing your new home by making sure your architect or building designer has all of the relevant key information.

Completed construction designs
Before submitting your plans to Council or a building certifier for approval please make sure that you obtain your Certificate of Approval from the Design Panel. As required by Ballina Shire Council the Design Panel will condition all of its approvals to require the issue of an Acoustic Certificate prior to Council or a building certifier providing an Occupation Certificate for your new home.

When your architect or building designer has finalised a preliminary plan for your home, please fax or email it to the Angels Beach Estate Design Panel to ensure that you are heading the right direction in relation to acoustic attenuation.
